Comment by Mr. Hongchi Xiao:

In regard to breast diseases, women have the final word. There are lots of cases posted in this blog (of Paida and Lajin effective for breast diseases, Mr. Xiao’s blog: http://blog.sina.com.cn/yixingtx), including one special case where an egg-sized tumor disappeared as a result of Paida. (You can find the article by entering key words in the search engine of the home page.). The article below describing the Paida process with photos attached will give women more confidence in Paida. Just as the author said, “there wouldn’t be a woman who doesn’t have painful menstruation, or other breast problems, such as swelling, soreness, hardness, lumps, etc. But it would be really foolish if she ignored those symptoms until they got out of hand!”

Dear women readers, more cases and photos are welcome. An anonymous breast is an example that will inspire more women to Paida and Lajin! This alone will help half of the world’s population relieve their agonies. Why not try it? If wives and moms were satisfied, wouldn’t their husbands and children be happy as well?

Great thanks to this lady for her sincere sharing!

Dear Mr. Xiao,

An FAQ for women is about the treatment of breast diseases, and I guess you have no personal experience of it. Actually we started Paida after learning about you on “Guo Xue Tang”, a TV program about traditional Chinese culture, hosted by Liang Dong. I think that patting breasts is a must for women. I’ve tried it many times, and this time I’ve recorded the whole process, and I’m eager to share it with others. If one randomly asks, there wouldn’t be a woman who doesn’t have painful menstruation, or other breast problems, such as swelling, soreness, hardness, lumps, etc. But it would be really foolish if she ignored those symptoms until they got out of hand!

In my case, at the beginning, I felt my right arm sore and sometimes weak. I did Paida many times, but the soreness was still there just near my armpit. One day my best girlfriend came over and helped me. Thanks to her hard slapping, the effect came out quickly. (It’s quite difficult for me to Paida my own armpit, but it’s much easier for a friend to give a hand.) As I fully appreciate the health benefits of Paida, I wanted thorough detoxification though it hurt a lot. She kept slapping me, and twenty minutes later, my right armpit was like the picture shown below.

\

It was strange that Sha emerged from where the slapping wasn’t the hardest, so she traced the Sha and continued Paida. Then we found more bluish bumps toward my breast. The Paida was continued — two women doing it wildly in my room.

\

After half an hour, we traced Sha down to the end, and I finally found that the problem was located in my right breast. With the rhythmic slapping sound, this kind of “self-torture” really made me excited, for generally, a woman’s breast does not get to be slapped so violently. Thinking of one of my relatives, a 45-year-old woman, who lost half of one breast in a surgery, and many other women who have breast problems, I had to try very hard to clear the meridians around my breast.

\

The whole process lasted for more than one hour. My friend was very tired. (It is a pretty hard work. I shall have more friends working together next time.) The result was that there were lots of bluish bumps all over my right breast and the red Sha emerged in the beginning around the armpit had faded. Slapping the sore arm revealed that my real problem was in the breast, and I felt so happy even though my skin and muscle hurt. Practice has proved that the human body is wise and will guide us if we listen to it.

Take good care of your breasts!

In a few days, my period came again, and it was smooth without any pain. My right arm, which had been torturously sore for many years even if I did Paida a few times, is no longer sore after this round of Paida. Thank God!

With this successful experience, I am going to have my other breast patted some days later. A woman can never afford to be careless about her breasts.
